LOD酶膜保存方法的研究

摘    要:目的:进行酶膜保存方法及寿命研究。方法:采用不同方法对LOD(乳酸氧化酶)酶膜进行冷冻保存,定时分别测定其活性。结果:应用4种方法的研究结果显示,用保鲜膜冷冻保存LOD酶膜最佳,保存寿命可达6个月,结论:这些结果对于其它酶膜的保存可以借鉴,为酶膜的商品化提供了可能。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the preservation method and life of enzyme membrane. Methods: Freezing preservation of LOD enzyme membrane is used through different methods, then determine its activity respectively and at a certain time. Results: With four methods, the results show that LOD enzyme membrane with the frozen preservation in the fresh membrane is the best. Its preservation life is up to six months. Conclusion: The results are useful to the preservation of other enzyme membrane and provide the possibility for the circulation of commodity.
