苯二氮革类药物过量致中毒1例

1例64岁男性患者．因突然行走不能．伴头晕,继而人事不清,呼之不应．以急性缺血性脑血管病收入院。给予改善循环,营养脑细胞,抗血小板聚集等治疗。患者神清后,自述曾服8片安眠药．故考虑为苯二氮革类药物中毒。在临床实践中．对于老年昏迷患者应考虑排除药物中毒．避免误诊的发生而影响治疗。

Benzodiazepme Ovvedose Induced Toxicity in One Patients

A 64 year old male patient was admitted to the hospital with sudden lost ot the atnllty to walk Wltll dizziness and subsequent unconsciousness. Acute cerebral hemorrhage was considered and the patient was given circulation improving therapy, nutrition supplement to the brain and antiplatelet therapy. The patient recalled himself taking 8 sleeping pills after his consciousness restored. Benzodiazepine overdose was diagnosed. In clinical practice, it is important to eliminate drug poisoning in elderly patients with coma, and avoid misdiagnosis.
