Abstract: | A 71-year-old man presented with left hydronephrosis 1 year after aortofemoral bypass. Hydronephrosis was due to extrinsic compression of the ureter between the graft anteriorly and the native iliac artery. Treatment by endoscopic transluminal balloon dilation resulted in complete resolution of the hydronephrosis. |
