冠状切口坚固内固定治疗面中上区骨折的临床研究

目的:探求面中上区骨折的特点及手术方法。方法:22例面中上区的复杂骨折采用头皮冠状或半冠状切口,结合龈颊沟切口,进行直视下的解剖复位,并用钛夹板坚固内固定,术后定期复查,评价其疗效。结果:22例中有20例术后面部外形恢复良好,2例患侧颧突稍高于健侧,1例复视无好转,1例出现暂时性面瘫,无头皮血肿、感染及夹板排斥反应。结论:采用冠状切口治疗面中上区的复杂骨折,可以较好的暴露骨折部位,切口隐蔽,术后并发症少,疗效确切,安全可靠。

Clinical study on treatment uppermid face fracture through coronal incision rigid internal fixation

Objective To explore clinical characteristics and surgical method for uppermid face fracure.Method Coronal or half coronal incision were applied in 22 patients.After accurate dissect reduction,rigid fixation by titanium plates.The patients were followed up after opration,evaluated curative effect.Results 20 cases of all patients regained ideal facial appearance.2 cases are unsymmetric of face,one of cases'dipopia has no improve,1 had symptom of temporarily facial nerve damage,but no scalp hematoma,no infecton and excludability of Ti-plate.Conclusion Our findings indicate that the approach of coronal incision rigid internal fixation is an effective and safe technique to treat uppermid face complicat fracture.It can provide excellent exposure and methods for camouflaging the incision in the hair,it also brought less complication and functional impairment.
