联合应用小剂量多虑平和曲美布汀治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效

目的研究小剂量多虑平联合曲美布汀治疗功能性消化不良(FD)患者的疗效。方法 444例FD患者按随机数字表随机分成三组:治疗组为166例,对照1组为142例,对照2组为136例。治疗组给予服用红色胶囊,对照1组给予服用蓝色胶囊,对照2组给予服用绿色胶囊,疗程均为3周。记录疗效与不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率92.770%,对照1组总有效率74.648%,对照2组总有效率57.353%。对照1组和对照2组、治疗组和对照2组、治疗组和对照1组疗效相比较差异均具有显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论曲美布汀联合小剂量多虑平是治疗FD的较理想的治疗方案。

Objective To study small dose of doxepin trimebutine treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） the efficacy of the patient.
