灵芝多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞免疫功能的影响研究

目的了解灵芝多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞免疫功能的影响。方法采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验(半体内法),以灵芝多糖溶液连续灌胃小鼠后,经腹腔注射鸡红细胞悬液,取腹腔洗液制作涂片,固定染色后置于显微镜下观察,同时计数小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的数目并计算吞噬率和吞噬指数,对结果进行统计学分析。结果①21g/kg、84g/kg组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率及吞噬指数明显高于低剂量组和对照组,经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.05);②84g/kg组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数高于21g/kg剂量组,经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论灵芝多糖能够提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,从而增强机体的免疫功能,但与剂量有关,低剂量灵芝多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞免疫功能无明显影响,只有中、高剂量才能提高小鼠巨噬细胞免疫功能。

Experimental Study of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharide on Macrophage Cell Immunological Function in Mice

Objective To find out the influence of Ganoderma Liciudum polysaccharide upon the macrophage cell immunity function of mice.Methods The mice are filled with solution of Ganoderma Liciudum polysaccharide of specific dosages respectively.After,the mice of every dose group are injected with solution of chicken erythrocytes through the abdominal cavity,then,the lotion is taken out of the abdominal cavity and made into slices.After fixation and dyeing,the slices are observed under the optical microscope.The amount of the macrophages swallowing the chicken erythrocytes is counted simultaneously.Also,the phagocytic percentage and index are calculated,which can indicate the influence of Ganoderma Liciudum polysaccharide upon the immunity function of mice after being analysed statistically.Results ①The phagocytic percentage and index of macrophages in 21 g/kg and 84 g/kg dose groups increase greatly compared with low dose group and normal one,which has remarkable differences statistically(P<0.05);②The phagocytic percentage and index of macrophages in 84 g/kg dose group are higher than those in 21 g/kg dose group,which has remarkable differences statistically(P<0.05);Conclusion Ganoderma Liciudum polysaccharide can increase the phagocytic percentage and index of macrophages in mice abdominal cavity,which can improve the immunity function accordingly,but it depends on the dosage used.Ganoderma Liciudum polysaccharide at low dose has no significant effect on macrophage cell immunity function of mice,only that at middle and high dose can improve the macrophage cell immunity function of mice significantly.
