| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种准确度和灵敏度高,重现性好的颐和春胶囊中淫羊藿苷的高效液相色谱测定法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70),检测波长270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷在0.096 8μg~0.484 0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.06%,RSD为2.29%。结论该方法简便,快捷,灵敏,准确,重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of icariin in Yihechun capsules.Methods The Kromasil C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm) was used,mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(30∶70),the detection wave length was at 270nm.Results The calibration curve was in good linearity of icariin over the range of 0.0968μg～0.4840μg μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.06% and RSD was 2.29%,respectively.Conclusion The method was simple,quick,sensitive as well as accurate and reproducible. |
