| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖尿病合并肺结核的临床特点及治疗效果。方法选择我院糖尿病合并肺结核患者58例,对临床资料进行分析总结。结果糖尿病合并肺结核常见,以先糖尿病后并发肺结核较多见。结论同时治疗糖尿病及肺结核,有效控制血糖是治疗关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical features of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis and the efficacy of treatment, Methods 58 patients of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital were selected and their clinical data were analyzed, Results It is frequent to see the diabetes patient complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis and in most events diabetes were prior to tuberculosis, Conclusion The diabetes and tuberculosis must be treated simultancously. The key role is to control the bloed sugar effectively. |
