化浊软坚汤对免疫性肝纤维化大鼠血清学指标的影响

[目的]观察化浊软坚汤对免疫性肝纤维化大鼠血清学指标的影响，探讨其作用机制及疗效。[方法]将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照（正常）组、模型对照（模型）组、阳性对照组和观察组，每组10只，除正常组外，后3组大鼠造模；阳性对照组造模同时灌服复方鳖甲软肝片；观察组造模同时灌服化浊软坚汤。实验结束取大鼠血清检查肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）]及肝纤维化指标[透明质酸（HA）、层黏连蛋白（LN）]。[结果]观察组ALT、AST、HA、LN均较模型组明显降低（均P〈0．05）。[结论]化浊软坚汤以浊毒立论，具有抗纤维化作用。

Effects of Huazhuo Ruanjian decoction on serum indexes of immune hepatic fibrosis in rats

[Objective]To observe the effects of Huazhuoruanjian decoction on histology and pathology of immune hepatic fibrosis in rats, and to study the mechanisms and the curative effect. [Methods]SD rats were randomly divided into A, B, C and D groups. The coagulated pig＇s serum was used to inject rats of B group,C group and D group. The C group was treated with Fufangbiejiaruangan tablet and the D group was treated with Huazhuoruanjian decoction at the same time. When the experiment was over, liver function and HF indexes were detected. [Results]Liver function parameters and HF indexes of D group were lower than that of B group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The Huazhuoruanjian decoction that is established according to the ＂zhuodu＂ theory can prevent and treat immune hepatic fibrosis.
