关于提出小肠低位症诊断的探讨

目的探讨提出小肠低位症诊断的可行性。试提出小肠低位症的诊断标准。方法通过口服钡剂小肠造影,严格筛选病例。所入选病例必须同时符合两个条件:①口服钡剂小肠造影显示至少半数小肠位于骶骨岬以下。②患者具有长期慢性腹痛、腹胀等病史,并排除其患有可引起相似症状的疾病。结果获得病例37例,女性多于男性。根据造影表现分为四型:①单纯型。②功能性。③粘连型。④复合型。症状与造影表现明显呈正相关性。结论所述慢性腹痛、腹胀等症状在排除其它疾病可能性的情况下与小肠低位状态明显相关。据消化道状态与功能有密切关系,结合小肠解剖特点及检查所见,有充分理由认为提出小肠低位症是适合的,有助于指导临床有针对性的治疗。

Discussion about Imaging Diagnosis of The Low Small Intestine Disease

Objective The purpose of this study is to discuss imaging diagnosis of the low small intestin disease.Method Choose patients by peroral enterography according to both strandard: ①Over half of small intestin is below the sacrum promon torium.②Chosen patients have some chronic abdominalgia and so on without other disease attributed to similar symptom.Results The number account to 37.Female is more than male.They are thin and have the common symptom like chronic abdominlgia.All the cases may be divided into four sorts according to the images in peroral enterography.Conclusion There is close relation between the symptom and the low small intestine.It is reasonable to put up the low small intestine disease.
