复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛182例临床分析

目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:应用随机数字表法将364例冠心病心绞痛患者分为观察组和对照组各182例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.01),而不良反应发生率则明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:在常规治疗的基础上联合应用复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛可有效提高治疗效果,值得临床推广.

Clinical Analysis of 182 Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris Treated by Compound Danshen Drop Pill

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of the compound danshen drop pill on treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods： 364 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group was 182 cases. Control group was treated by routine methods,the observation group based on routine treatment combined with compound danshen drop pill treatment. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）,but the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Based on routine treatment combined application of the compound danshen drop pill can effectively increase the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
