| 摘 要： | 目的:观察辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效.方法:将2005年1月至2010年12月收治的80例UAP患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组仅给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用辛伐他汀20 mg/d,比较两组治疗4周后的临床疗效.结果:治疗4周后治疗组总有效率87.5％明显高于对照组的67.5％(P＜0.05).结论:辛伐他汀辅助治疗UAP能明显提高临床疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Simvastatin for patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods： 80 patients with UAP were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group was 40 cases from Jan 2005 to Dec 2010. The treatment group was treated by Simvastatin 20 mg per day based on the routine treatment in the control group for 4 weeks. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups after the treatments. Results： The total effective rate （87.5%） in the treatment group was significantly higher than that （67. 5%） in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： It can significantly improve the clinical effect on patients with UAP adjunctively treated by Simvastatin. |
