BPH的肾功能损害与膀胱功能改变的相关性研究

目的：探讨BPH的肾功能损害与膀胱功能改变的相关性。方法：对395例BPH患者进行肾功能和膀胱功能检测，并对结果进行肾功能损害与膀胱功能改变的相关性分析。结果：本组395例BPH患者中，45例出现肾功能不全，约占11．36％。膀胱顺应性异常与膀胱顺应性正常相比，肾功能损害差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；低顺应性膀胱与膀胱顺应性正常相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。高顺应性膀胱与膀胱顺应性正常相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。膀胱逼尿肌收缩力异常与膀胱逼尿肌收缩力正常相比，肾功能损害差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：BPH患者膀胱顺应性异常与其肾功能的损害具有相关性，而膀胱逼尿肌收缩力异常与其肾功能损害无相关性。

A correlation study between renal insufficiency and bladder dysfunction with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective：To study the correlation between renal insufficiency and bladder with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods： The blood creatinine, B-mode ultrasound and intravenous urogram were measuerd to confirm the renal function and urodyramic study to eomfirm the bladder function in 395 patients with BPH. Resuits： 11.36% （45/395） of the patients had renal insufficiency. There is a sighificant difference between the abnormal compliance bladder and the normal compliance bladder （P〈0.05）. There is a sighificant difference between the low compliance bladder and the normal compliance bladder （P〈0.05）, there is a sighificant difference between the high compliance bladder and the normal compliance bladder （P〈0.01）, and there is no sighificant difference between the abnormal detrusor contractility and the normal detrusor contractility （P〉0.05）. Conclusions：There is a relation between the abnormal compliance bladder and the normal compliance bladder, and there is no relation between the abnormal detrusor contractility and the normal detrusor contractility.
