立止血和平阳霉素瘤腔内注射治疗高血流性血管瘤

目的　探讨立止血 (Reptilase)和平阳霉素 (PYM)分次间隔施行瘤腔内注射治疗口腔颌面头颈部高血流性血管瘤的方法。方法　自 1 995～ 2 0 0 0年选择 1 0 5名具有高血流性特征的血管瘤患者 ,随机分为 2组 ,一组进行立止血 +平阳霉素分次间隔瘤腔内注射 ;另一组平阳霉素瘤腔内注射。 2组患者在注射前后分别行彩超扫描和触诊检查 ,以 χ2 进行统计分析。结果　立止血 +平阳霉素组 5 9例和单纯平阳霉素组 4 6例的总有效率分别为 86 4 4 % (5 1 / 5 9)和 8 6 9% (4 / 4 6 ) ,经 χ2 检验差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1 )。结论　对于高血流性血管瘤所具有的PYM注入后难以在局部高浓度积聚的特点 ,利用Reptilase的类凝血酶和类凝血激酶的作用 ,能迅速的在血管瘤内生成凝血酶 ,使凝血块形成而达到血流淤滞的作用 ,此时注入的PYM能最大限度的起到治疗血管瘤的作用

STUDY OF REPTILASE AND PYM INJECTION IN HYPERPOWER HEMANGIOMA

Objective Reptilase and PYM were injected in oral and maxillo facial hyperpower hemangioma to study the better non operation method in oral and maxillo facial hyperpower hemangioma. Methods 105 cases were divided two teams as occasion rise from 1995 to 2000. One team was injected with RP(Reptilase+PYM), another team was injected with PYM, supersonic and clinic examination before and after injection. Results Heal rate of RP team and PYM team were 74 57%(44/59) and 2 17(1/46), there are significant different ( P <0 01) by χ 2 check. Conclusion As Reptiase had the use of alike coagulase, it produce coagulase, condense blood flow, then we can get the best effect when PYM being injected in hemangioma.
