麻风村附近居民对麻风病的知识—态度—行为调查

目的了解麻风村附近居民对于麻风的知识—态度—行为现状，为开展针对性健康教育及麻风村与社会的融合提供策略的指导。方法使用分层随机抽样的方法选取麻风村附近村庄（A组）和另一远离麻风村的村庄（B组）中的15岁以上常驻居民进行登门调查。结果A组62例居民接触防治知识的几率，对于麻风传染性、麻风症状以及麻风的可治愈性的认知均明显高于B组71侧居民，有统计学差异。但A组在麻风的病因、麻风的家庭治疗、麻风残疾的可防性等知识点的正确率方面与B组相比无显著性差异，在对于麻风的有关态度和行为方面A组正确率绝大多数均远远高于B纽。A纽麻风知识的来源主要是见过麻风病人（72．41％），B组麻风知识来源主要是周围人的宣传（37．78％）及广播电视（33．33％）。结论麻风村周围居民对于麻风知晓程度较高，对于麻风的相关态度和行为也比较正面，麻风村与周围社会群体的融合在观念上没有比较明显的障碍。今后应注重在麻风家庭治疗方法，麻风的可治愈性以及麻风残疾预防等方面的健康教育以促进社会对麻风病人的进一步接纳。
