腰硬联合麻醉在结直肠癌根治术中的临床应用研究

目的探讨腰硬联合麻醉(CSEA)在结直肠癌根治术中临床应用的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院2003年8月～2006年8月施行的34例结直肠癌根治术患者的预后,其中静吸复合全麻12例,CSEA22例。结果2组患者手术时间分别为175.83min及175.91min,术后住院时间分别为20.92d及19.77d,手术失血量分别为234.17ml及239.55ml,术后排气时间分别为85.83h及80.09h,术后排便时间分别为118.83h及105.73h,肺部感染发生率分别为16.67%(2/12)及13.64%(3/22),切口感染发生率分别为25%(3/12)及13.64%(3/22),费用分别为22937元及20614元,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CSEA下结直肠癌根治术是安全而可行的。

TThe Study of Clinic Application of Colon and Rectum Carcinoma Operation with Combined Spinalepidural Analgesia

Objective To study the feasibility of colon and rectum carcinoma operation by using combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA). Methods 34 patients submitted to colon and rectum carcinoma operation were retrospectively reviewed in our hospital from Aug.2003 to Aug.2006,general anesthesia was administered to 12 patients,CSEA to the other 22. Results The whole time of operation was 175.83 min and 175.91 min,The time of staying in hospital after operation of these two groups was 20.92 days and 19.77 days respectively,the blood lost within operation was 234.17 ml and 239.55 ml,the exhausting time after operation was 85.83 hours and 80.93 hours,the defecating time after operation was 118.83 hours and 105.73 hours,the infection rate of lung was 16.67%(2/12) and 13.64%(3/22),the infection rate of incision was 25%(3/12) and 13.64%(3/19).The expenses was 22,937 Yuan and 20,614 Yuan respectively. There were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Colon and rectum operation using CSEA is safe and feasible.
