CA19-9、CA242、CEA胰腺肿瘤标记物与胰腺癌可切除性的相关性研究

目的 观察胰腺癌患者血清肿瘤标记物CA19-9、CA242、癌胚抗原（CEA）的表达，试图寻找将影像学认为可切除而实际无法切除的患者筛选出来的敏感指标。方法 采用免疫分析法和放射免疫法检测23例可切除和45例未能切除共68例胰腺癌患者的血清CA19-9、CA242、CEA3种胰腺肿瘤标记物的表达，并进行对照研究。结果 3种肿瘤标记物中CA19-9、CA242浓度不可切除组明显高于可切除组（P=0．01。P=0．02），而CEA2组间无差异（P=0．08）。结论 血清CA19-9、CA242的明显升高可作为判断胰腺癌无法切除的辅助指标。

Correlation between carcinoembryonic antigen, carbohydrate antigen 19-9, and carbohydrate antigen 242 with resectability of pancreatic cancer

Objective To observe the expression of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9),and carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242) in pancreatic cancer patients and to search the valuable serum tumor markers that can identify patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer despite radiologic staging demonstrating resectable disease.Methods Preoperative and postoperative serum CEA,CA19-9,and CA242 were measured in 23 resectable and 45 unresectable pancreatic cancers by immunoassay and immunoradiometric assay.Results Among the three tumor markers,CA 19-9 and CA 242 levels were significantly lower in resectable cases than those of unresectable cases( P=0.01,P=0.02) while the CEA levels were not different in the two groups(P=0.08).Conclusion Obviously increased serum levels of CA19-9 and CA242 maybe regarded as the ancillary parameter for the unresectable pancreatic cancer.
