粘弹剂在重度眼球破裂伤中的填充应用

目的:分析急诊手术中眼内容大量丢失后,应用粘弹剂作为眼内容填充物的有效性及安全性。方法:回顾12例重度眼球破裂伤患者的治疗经过,应用粘弹剂填充玻璃体腔及前房后,观察术后1周、1月及6月眼球形态,视力,眼前段情况,眼B超,眼压结果.结果:9例恢复正常形态,有视力,其中3例做白内障超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术后,视力明显提高;其余3例因视网膜脱离治疗失败而导致眼球萎缩,行眼球摘除及义眼台植入;无眼内炎及交感性眼炎发生,部分病例短时间内有一过性高眼压。结论:在重度眼球破裂伤后眼内容大量丢失的情况厂,采用粘弹剂作为眼内容填充物,取得良好效果。

Using Hyaluronan as Stuff in Grievous Perforating Wounds of the Eye

Objective: To analyze the validity and security of hyaluronan which used as stuff in grievous perforating wounds of the eye after mass global content loosed out in emergency surgery. Methods: Reviewing therapy of 12 cases which used hyaluronan as stuff in grievous perforating wounds of the eye, eyeball configuration, vision, eyeball foreside were observed with B ultrasound and IOP at 1 week, 1 month and 6 months after surgery. Results: 9 eyes recovered normal global configuration and vision existed, 3 eyes vision heighten evidently after phacoemulsification aspiration and intraocular lens implantation. The other 3 eyeball atrophy for retina detachment therapy defeated. These cases implant hydroxyapatite after enucleation of eyeball. Infectious endophalmitis and sympathetic ophthalmia were nonexistence, but little high IOP took place in parts cases. Conclusion: This paper offered a safe convenient practical method to mass global content losed out in grievous perforating wounds of the eye in emergency surgery, which might be valid, security and harmless.
