愈胰饮治疗胰岛素抵抗综合征的临床研究

目的：观察愈胰饮对胰岛素抵抗综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法：将60例胰岛素抵抗综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组用愈胰饮流膏，对照组用拜糖平、卡托普利。两组疗程均为2个月，治疗前后分别测空腹血糖（FPG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、餐后2h血糖（P2hPG）、餐后2h胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1G）、身高、体`重血压、血脂、血液流变学，并计算胰岛素敏感指数（IAI）、胰岛素抵抗指数（IR）、β细胞功能指数（HBCI）及体重指数（BMI）。结果：治疗组治疗前后比较，各项检测指标均有显著改善（P＜0.01或P＜0.05），且疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）。结论；愈胰饮可显著改善胰岛素抵抗综合征患者的胰岛素抵抗。

Clinical Study on Yuyi yin in Treating Insulin Resistance Syndrome

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Yuyi Yin on insulin resistance syndrome patients and its influence to insulin resistance. Methods: Randomly, 60 insulin resistance syndrome patients were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group patients were treated by Yuyi Yin liquid extract, and the control group patients were treated by melbine and acarbose. After 60 days, the experimental indexs (FPG, FINS, P2hPG, P2hINS, HbA1C, TG, TC, HDL, LDL, IAI, IR, HBCI, BMI) were compared to those in the beginning. Results: After treatment, every index of observation group patients showed remarkable difference compared to those in the beginning (P<0.01,P<0.05), and was better than the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion: It suggests that Yuyi Yin is a good recipe to treat insulin resistance syndrome.
