恶性肿瘤病人血浆可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1水平变化及临床意义

摘    要:①目的 探讨恶性肿瘤病人血浆可溶性细胞间黏附分子 1(sICAM 1)水平的变化及其临床意义。②方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA) ,检测了 6 6例恶性肿瘤病人和 36例健康人血浆sICAM 1水平的变化。③结果 恶性肿瘤病人血浆sICAM 1水平明显增高 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有极显著性 (t=2 0 .5 6 0 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,有转移者和死亡者血浆sICAM 1水平明显高于无转移者和存活者 (t =12 .72 5 ,2 5 .919,P <0 .0 0 1) ,且手术治疗前sICAM 1水平明显高于手术治疗后 (t=11.179,P <0 .0 0 1)。④结论 血浆sICAM 1水平变化与恶性肿瘤病人病情变化、有无转移和治疗效果有密切关系

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1) level in patients with malignant tumor and its clinical significance. Methods The change of plasma sICAM 1 level was measured by ELISA in 66 patients with malignant tumor and 36 healthy subjects. Results The plasma sICAM 1 level was significantly higher in patients with malignant tumor than that in controls (t=20.560,P<0.001),The sICAM 1 level in patients with metastasis and death was higher than that in patients without metastasis and survivors (t=12.725,25.919,P<0.001).The sICAM 1 level in patients before operation was higher than that in patients after operation(t=11.179,P<0.001). Conclusion The changes of sICAM 1 were closely related to the severity of illness,with or without metastasis,and effects of treatment in patients with malignant tumor
