妊高征患者胎儿脐血流速度与围产儿预后的关系

The Relationship between the Fetal Umbilical Arteries Blood Flow Velocity and Fetal Perinatal Outcomes in Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

To study the relationship between the fetal umbilical arteries blood flow velocity waveformis index(S/D)and fetal perinatal outcomes in pregnancy-induced hyperension(PIH). Methods: Fetal umbilical artery flow velocity waveforms index was measured by color Doppler ultrasound, an alyzed with neonatal birth weight, signs-neonatal asphyxia(Apgar scores < 7), and oligoamnio fluid and meconium(more than two degree), and fetal perinatal outcomes in 98 cases of PIH. Results: The perinatal outcomes of 34 out of these 98 cases were good,64 were poor. There was a higher incidence of poor perinatal outcomes in severe and moderate PIH than in mild cases(P < 0. 01). Conclusion: A color Doppler ultrasound study of S/D would be a useful method for evaluating the fetal status and fetal perinatal outcomes.
