| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肢体冷热敷袋治疗四肢外伤性肿胀的临床效果。方法:将348例四肢外伤性肿胀患者随机分为观察组168例和对照组180例,观察组用新型肢体冷热敷袋灌入碎冰块或热水进行冷热敷,对照组用普通热水袋灌入碎冰块或热水进行冷热敷,其他治疗两组均相同。结果:总有效率观察组(92.26%)明显优于对照组(82.22%)(P<0.05);肢体肿胀程度观察组比对照组明显减轻,肿胀消退时间观察组明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:肢体冷热敷袋治疗四肢外伤性肿胀,可很好地降低皮肤组织损伤,减轻局部充血、出血及肿胀程度,减轻疼痛,降低细菌的活动力和细胞的代谢,抑制炎症扩散,促进血液流通。
