| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨清开灵注射液超声雾化吸入治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效.方法 将516例上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组208例和对照组208例;在常规治疗的同时,治疗组给予清开灵注射液超声雾化吸入,对照组给予庆大霉素注射液加地塞米松注射液和糜蛋白酶粉剂雾化吸入.结果 治疗组总有效率治疗组为88%,对照组为70.7%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 清开灵注射液超声雾化吸入治疗小儿上呼吸道感染有良好疗效.
