| 摘 要： | 对３０例冠心病患者及２８例正常对照者进行心电图踏车运动试验，测量ＳＴ及非ＳＴ参数，结果显示：（１）各指标诊断冠心病的敏感性依次为：ΔＱ－Ｔｃ（８３．３％）、ΔＱ（７６．７％）、ΔＲＳＴ及ΔＪ－Ｔｃ（６６．７％）、ΔＲ（６３．３％）、ΣＲ（５６．７％）、ＳＴ（５０％）、Ｕ波倒置（３０％）；特异性依次为：Ｕ波倒置（１００％）、ΣＲ（８９．３％）、ＳＴ及ΔＪ－Ｔｃ（８２．１％）、ΔＲ（７８．６％）、ΔＲ |

| Abstract: | The results in testing the ventricular late potential (VI.P) in 38 patients with ventricular premature contraction ( VPC) by X.Y,Z orthogonal leads and modified Zv,. Zv lead showed that the positive incidence of VI.P in Zy1 , Zv1 lead was apparently higher than that in X.Y.Z orthogonal leads ( r < 0. 01 ) and the improvement could make up for the in sufficient dilution of VI.P with X.YiZ orthogonal leads. By using Holler recording in 38 patients at the same time. we found the positive VI.Ps in Zv lead correlated with VPC' from the right ventricular origin and the positive VI.Ps in Zv lead correlated with VPC from left ventricular origin. Thus we come to the conclusion ihnt the positive VI.Ps in modified Zv. Zv lead arc higher than that in X, Y. Z orthogonal leads, and the origin of VI.P could be judged. Therefore, it is of significance in estimating the location of pathological changes. |
