| 摘 要： | 本文报告了经病理证实的直肠平滑肌肉瘤5例,其主要临床特征为便秘、肛门部不适、便血以及直肠粘膜下半球形肿块。冰冻切片病理检查对本病诊断及手术方式选择有重要意义,并强调腹会阴联合直肠切除术(Miles手术)为其最佳治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Five cases of rectal leiomyosarcoma confirmed by pathology were analysed clinically. The major clinical manifestations were constipation, indisposition of anal region, hematochezia and submucous hemispherical mass. The frozen section technique was suggested to have a key role in the diagnosis and the choice of operation. Miles' operation was adopted as the best method for treating the rectal leiomyosarcoma. |
