| 摘 要： | 目的:研究胰岛素抵抗与脂代谢异常在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)发病中的作用及相关性。方法:以62例HDCP患者为研究对象,并以同期正常孕妇32例为对照组。检测两组空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白A-1(apoA-1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)的含量,以HOMA指数为胰岛素抵抗指标,分析以上各指标在两组孕妇中的差异及其相关性。结果:HDCP组与正常妊娠组相比,其HOMA指数、TG、LDL、apoB显著升高,且随病情的加重逐渐升高;HDL、apoA-1显著降低,且随病情加重而逐渐降低。HOMA指数与脂代谢各指标间具有显著相关性。结论:HDCP患者存在胰岛素抵抗与脂代谢异常,并且两者具有相关性。 |
