| 摘 要： | 目的:对2010年西宁地区秋冬季婴幼儿病毒性腹泻病例进行监测,分析青海省A组轮状病毒主要流行株。方法:采集婴幼儿腹泻病例粪便标本,实验室采用巢氏PCR方法对标本进行A组HRV检测。结果:25例A组轮状病毒感染病例中G3型14例,G9型11例,分别占阳性病例的56%和44%。结论:2010年西宁地区婴幼儿腹泻病例中检出G9型A组轮状病毒,近年来各地报道较多的G9型A组轮状病毒将要或已经成为青海省重要的流行株。

| Abstract: | Objective:To monitor the cases with autumn and winter infantile viral diarrhea in Xining region in 2010,analyze the main group A rotavirus strains in Qinghai province.Methods:The stool specimens of cases with infantile diarrhea were collected,Nested PCR was used to detect group A rotavirus in the specimens.Results:Among 25 cases with group A rotavirus infection,the proportions of G3 type and G9 type were 56%(14 cases) and 44%(11 cases),respectively.Conclusion:Group A rotavirus G9 can be detected in the case... |
