血管内皮生长因子-C与其受体-3对人非小细胞肺癌患者预后的影响

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子-C（VEGF-C）、血管内皮生长因子受体-3（VEGFR-3）对非小细胞肺癌患者预后判断的作用及意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法,检测90例临床病理资料完整的非小细胞肺癌癌组织中VEGF-C及VEGFR-3的表达。结果90例非小细胞肺癌癌组织中,VEGF-C阳性率为77.3%（69/90）,VEGFR-3阳性率为46.7%（42/90）;且VEGF-C与VEGFR-3的表达呈正相关（r=0.721,P〈0.01）。VEGF-C阳性指数在转移组（54.65±13.23）高于未转移组（32.45±10.12）（P〈0.05）。随着癌细胞VEGF-C表达的强度增加,VEGFR-3阳性脉管数也随之增加,各组间差异均有显著意义（P〈0.01）。非小细胞肺癌中,VEGFR-3阳性脉管数在淋巴结转移组（14.58±3.24）高于未转移组（10.51±2.32）（P〈0.05）。结论非小细胞肺癌高水平表达VEGF-C、VEGFR-3,两者表达呈正相关。它们可以作为判断非小细胞肺癌患者预后的因素。

The Impact of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in the Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patient''''s Prognostic

Objective To investigate the role and significance of VEGF-C/VEGFR-3 expression in prognostic of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF-C and its receptor VEGFR-3 in 90 cases of non-small cell lung cancer.Results Among 75 cases,the positive rates of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 of cancer cells were 77.3% and 46.7% respectively.The expression of VEGF-C was in positive correlation with that of VEGFR-3.The index of VEGF-C in lymph node metastasis group(54.65±13.23) was significantly higher than that of non lymph node metastasis group(32.45±10.12)(P<0.05).With the increase of VEGF-C protein level,the number of VEGFR-3 positive vessels increased and there was a significant difference among these groups(P<0.01).The number of VEGFR-3 positive vessels in lymph node metastasis group(14.58±3.24) was significantly higher than that of non lymph node metastasis group(10.51±2.32)(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 over-expression in non-small cell lung cancer.They can be the factor of non-small cell lung cancer patient's prognostic.
