肾康灵治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征30例临床观察

目的:探讨肾康灵对原发性肾病综合征(PNS)及其并发的高凝状态的影响及治疗机理。方法:将60例患儿随机分为对照组30例,采用单纯强的松治疗,疗程8周;治疗组30例,采用肾康灵 强的松治疗,疗程8周。治疗前后观察D-2聚体、血小板参数、24h尿蛋白定量、白蛋白、胆固醇变化。结果:治疗8周后,与对照组比较,治疗组可明显降低D-2聚体、血小板参数(P<0.05),可降低胆固醇、24h尿蛋白定量,提高白蛋白及临床显效率(P<0.05)。结论:肾康灵可提高PNS的临床缓解率,改善其高凝状态,且疗效稳定。

Shenkangling Decoction for primary nephritic syndrome in children: an observation of 30 cases

Objective:To investigate the effect on hypercoagulation state of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)in children by treatment of Shenkangling Decoction.Methods:60 patients with PNS were randomly divided into 2 groups,the therapy group(Shenkangling prednisone)and the control group(prednisone groups).The medicine was given for eight weeks.Two groups were measured D-Dimer,platelet parameter,24h urine protein quantity,serum albumin and cholesterol before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of D-Dimer and platelet paremete were much lower in the therapy group(P < 0.05).The trerapy group was much better than the control group in increasing the levels of serum albumin and the part clinical effects(P < 0.05),decreasing the levels of 24 h unrine protein quantity and cholesterol(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Shenkangling decoction can increase the levels of the part clinical effects and improve hypercoagulation state of PNS in children,it is a quite good project in curing PNS in children.
