手术室护士的绩效考核及效果分析

目的 建立手术室护士绩效考核标准,进行科学管理.方法根据医院护理部2009年护士考核标准框架,结合手术室护理工作特点,将手术室各项规章制度、岗位职责、操作规程、各级各类人员及各班组的职责纳入到考核内容中,制作了手术室护士绩效考核表,对手术室护士进行绩效考核,并比较2010年1月初次考评及2010年12月末次考评的结果.结果对手术室护理人员2010年1月、12月两次考评结果应用t检验进行统计学分析,绩效考核总分、技术水平及理论水平得分两次考评的差异有统计学意义,均P＜0.05.同时,手术医生、患者的满意率也均有提升.结论新的绩效评价考核方法促进了手术室护理质量的持续改进,提高了护理管理水平.
