| 摘 要： | 目的 比较临床上常用的3种早产儿动脉采血方法,探讨最佳采血部位.方法 将152例早产儿分成3组,A组50例,采用胫后动脉采血,B组49例,采用桡动脉采血,C组53例,采用股动脉采血.记录3组穿刺成功率、操作各阶段所需时间及惠儿哭泣次数和哭泣时长.结果3组穿刺成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；A组在准备阶段、穿刺阶段和止血阶段所需时间明显短于其他两组(P＜0.05)；A组与B组总耗时差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而与C组的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；3组惠儿哭泣次数的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而哭泣时长的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),A组明显短于其他两组.结论 早产儿经胫后动脉采血穿刺成功率高,关键阶段所需时间短,对患儿疼痛刺激小.
