| Abstract: | This paper introduces the practice,outcomes and inspirations of specialized nurse training program sponsored by Guangdong Health Bureau and HK Hospital Bureau.It is suggested that the joint training of specialized nurses could further improve the specialization of nursing and provide patients with high-quality and more safety nursing services. |
