内镜下摘除巨大腺瘤52例临床分析

目的探讨内镜下摘除巨大腺瘤的经验。方法采用了单纯圈套切除法、尼龙圈结扎法、分叶分次尼龙圈结扎法治疗结肠巨大腺瘤52例(64枚),全部获得成功。成功率为100%。全部病例中,有48例术后6￣10个月复查,复诊率占92%。均未发现任何并发症及复发现象。结果该组52例病人,镜下顺利摘除结肠巨大腺瘤41例,占78%。摘除困难11例,占21%。经镜下补充治疗,全部获得成功。结论经内镜下摘除结肠巨大腺瘤是一种安全又有效的方法。

Clinical analysis of 52 cases with huge adenomas by endoscopes resection

[Objective] To summarize the experience of 52 cases with huge adenomas by endoscopes resection. [Methods] Resection with simple ring, legation with nylon ring and several times legation with nylon ring were applied. Totally 52 cases were treated, and all healed. 6~10 month after the resection, 48 cases were checked, nobody with any complication and relapse. [Results] Among 52 cases, 41 cases with huge adenomas were successfully resected; 11 cases were difficultly removed and were healed by auxiliary treatment with endoscopes. [Conclusion] Endoscopes resection is a safe and effective method for huge adenomas.
