苦碟子治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察苦碟子治疗急性脑梗死的疗效.方法随机将90例急性脑梗死患者分成两组:注射用苦碟子治疗组(50例),注射用曲克芦丁常规对照组(40例),逐日观察疗效.结果治疗组总有效率(痊愈 显效 进步)为86%,对照组为65%,两组比较P＜0.05.结论苦碟子能够改脑内血液循环,促使急性脑梗死神经功能恢复,疗效好,无明显副作用,值得临床推广应用.

Therapeutic evaluation of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance to acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the clinical effect of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance for patients with acute cerebral infraction. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infraction were divided into two groups: treatment group(n=50) that were treated with Ixeris sonchifolia Hance by intravenous infusion; controled grouop(n=40) were treated with Troxerutin by intravenous infusion; Then we observed clinical effect everyday. Results There was significant difference in the efficient rate between treatment group(86%) and control group(65%)(P<0.05). Conclusions Ixeris sonchifolia Hance can improve cerebral circulation, and has significant therapeutic effect on the recovery of neurology function, without obvious side effects, so as to worth while applied on clinic.
