留置物品对洁净层流手术室空气质量的影响

目的研究洁净层流手术室留置物品对洁净层流空气质量的影响。方法将洁净层流手术室分别按百级、千级、万级、十万级各取2间,随机分为对照组(留置物品组)和实验组(空置物品组),每组每级各1间,2组每级别各取样50次,比较2组的空气质量。结果不论是十万级、万级层流手术室,还是千级、百级层流手术室,实验组的空气取检合格情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洁净层流手术室留置物品对洁净层流空气质量有影响,需加强层流手术室的管理。

Influence of remained articles in laminar flow operative room on the air quality of it

Objective In order to know the influence of remained articles in laminar flow operative room on the air quality of it. Methods Sampled 2 specimens in the different level laminar flow operative room respectively, and then divided them into the experimental group and control group randomly. Certain articles were remained in the operative room in control group, while articles were moved out of operative room as possible, compared the air quality between the two groups. Results There was significant difference about the air quality between experimental group and control group in each level(P<0.05). Conclusions The remained articles in the laminar flow operative room could worsen the air quality of it, and the management of the laminar flow operation room should be strengthened.
