| 摘 要： | 目的研究急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）患者外周血中Th17水平变化,探讨Th17在ACS中的作用。方法选取25例ACS患者（ACS组）和25例健康志愿者（对照组）,分离外周血中单个核细胞,分别检测患者及健康志愿者外周血中Th17细胞及IL-17的水平。结果对照组与ACS患者组中Th17细胞水平分别为1.86%和3.27%,体外刺激后IL-17的水平分别为356 pg/ml和628 pg/ml。ACS患者外周血中Th17细胞显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论外周血中Th17的升高可能参与了ACS患者病程的发生和进展。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the level of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS) patients and explore the role of Th17 cell in the progress of ACS.
