| 摘 要： | 目的评估子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）治疗育龄期子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法选择61例育龄期子宫肌瘤患者,以Seldinger＇s技术超选择插管至双侧子宫动脉上行支,DSA证实后,行UAE,栓塞剂选择平阳霉素乳剂（PLE）＋明胶海绵颗粒（GS）。术后3个月、6个月、12个月随访,观察临床症状及肌瘤体积改变,对疗效进行评估。结果 UAE后全部患者如月经过多、压迫症状、腹痛等临床表现明显改善。术后3个月、6个月、12个月复查,肌瘤缩小率分别为35%、55%、75%。结论对于育龄期子宫肌瘤患者,子宫动脉栓塞术能有效地缩小肌瘤体积,并明显改善临床症状,可部分代替子宫切除术,具有重要临床价值。
