摘    要:目的:优化猪苓多糖提取工艺。方法:以猪苓中多糖得率为响应值,采用中心组合设计(CCD)-响应面法(RSM)对其提取工艺进行研究。结果:最优工艺参数为液固比11:1,醇沉浓度77%,提取温度95℃,提取时间2.73 h,提取2次。结论:中心组合设计-响应面法可在连续范围内进行分析,具有实验周期短、精密度高的优点。优化结果可为制剂生产提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective: Optimize polysaccharide extracting process of Polyorus. Methods: To polyorus polysaccharide rate for response, to study the extracting process by central composite design (CCD) and response surface method (RSM) . Results: The best parameters : the ratio of solvent to material is 11 : 1, ethanol concentration is 77%, extracting temperature 95 ℃, the time of extraction is 2. 73 h and the extracting 2 times. Conclusion: Central composite design and response surface method in continuous range analysis, with experimental cycle is short, the advantages of high precision. The optimization results can provide reference basis for production.
