摘    要:目的 研制一种新型口腔防护隔离罩,通过模拟口腔临床操作,评价其对喷溅物的防护作用。方法 面罩层采用透明的塑料薄膜材料,侧壁留有出入口。由支撑框架撑起的面罩层形成的一个立方体的口腔防护隔离罩。用仿真头模模拟高速手机的治疗操作,并在口腔防护隔离罩上选取3个喷溅水雾采集点,对采集点内外侧的喷溅物重量进行检测和统计学分析。结果 成功研制了一种新型的口腔防护隔离罩,该防护隔离罩操作方便,戴入后可以顺利完成常见的口腔临床治疗操作,整体隔绝的喷溅物量占比约97%。结论 该新型口腔防护隔离罩对口腔治疗操作时产生的喷溅物具有很好的防护作用,对常见的口腔诊疗操作,能起到主动防护隔离作用,并有效避免口腔诊疗中的交叉感染。

Abstract:Objective The prevention of cross-infection in oral diagnosis and treatment is the key point in oral clinical operations. By simulating oral clinical operations, the splash-proof effect of a new type of oral protective isolation cover was tested. Methods A head simulation model was used to simulate the condition when a high-speed dental handpiece is operating, and three spray collecting points were selected on the oral protective isolation cover. Place paper towels at each collection point, detect and analyze the weight of splashes inside and outside the collection point. Results The total amount of the spatter isolated by the protective cover accounted for about 97%, common oral clinical treatments could be completed successfully and cross-infection could be avoided effectively during oral diagnosises and treatments. Conclusion This new type of oral protective cover has a good protective effect on the splashes generated during oral treatment operations. The use of oral protective shield can play an active protective isolation role of oral treatment operations.
