摘    要:
肝癌是世界上常见的、高致死率的恶性肿瘤。缺乏特异诊断和有效治疗策略是导致其死亡的主要原因。外泌体调控肿瘤发生发展,具有生物相容性好、转运效率高等优点,在包括肝细胞癌在内的多种癌症诊断和治疗中显示巨大潜力。不同来源外泌体具有异质性,在肝细胞癌诊断与治疗中发挥不同作用。因此本文对来自肿瘤细胞、免疫细胞、红细胞、血浆以及血清等不同来源外泌体在肝癌诊断与治疗中最新研究进展进行简要综述,以期为开发新的肝癌诊断治疗策略提供参考。

Abstract:
Liver cancer is a common malignant tumor with high mortality worldwide.The lack of specific diagnosis and effective treatment strategies is the main cause of its death.Exosomes can regulate tumor occurrence and development,and have the advantages of good biocompatibility and high transport efficiency,showing great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of various cancers including liver cancer.Exosomes derived from different sources are heterogeneous and exert different roles in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.Therefore,this paper briefly reviews the latest research progress of exosomes derived from different sources such as cancer cells,immune cells,red blood cells,plasma and serum in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer,in order to provide a reference for the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic avenues for liver cancer.
