| 摘 要： | 目的研究急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke, AIS)病人医院感染与脑卒中复发之间的关系。方法采用队列研究, 收集121例AIS病人基本资料, 随访收集病人卒中复发情况。Cox回归分析医院感染是否为脑卒中复发的独立危险因素。结果121例AIS病人中医院感染的发生率为19.8%(95%CI: 0.127~0.269), 卒中复发率为26.4%(95%CI: 0.185~0.343), 医院感染导致卒中复发的HR为6.485(95%CI: 2.984~14.091)。结论AIS病人医院感染可能是卒中复发的一个独立风险因素。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between nosocomial infection and stroke recurrence in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).MethodsA cohort study was used to collect medical data on 121 AIS patients, and the recurrence of stroke was collected by follow-up.Cox regression was used to analyze the association between nosocomial infection and stroke recurrence.ResultsIn 121 patients, the prevalence of nosocomial infection was 19.8%(95%CI: 0.127-0.269), the incidence of stroke recovery was 26.4%(95%CI: 0.185-0.343), and the HR of stroke recurrence caused by nosocomial infection was 6.485(95%CI: 2.984-14.091).ConclusionsNosocomial infection in AIS patients may be an independent risk factor for stroke recurrence. |
