| 摘 要： | 目的:提高对骨外骨肉瘤的X线表现的认识。材料与方法:选择临床确诊、X线表现典型4例病例进行分析。结果:其X线主要表现是大的软组织肿块及斑片状或小结节状的瘤骨、临近骨骼无变化。结论:X线照片对该病变的显示、诊断及判断预后具有重要的价值。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose： To improve recognition of roentgenographic findings for Extraskeletal Osteosarcoma. Materials and Methods： To investigate 4 cases of disease which clinical was confirmed and has typical roentgenographie findings. Restilts： The major radiographrc findings in this desease are big soft tissue mass. and Turner bone of patchy, or small noduler increased density, nearby skeleton no change. Conclusion： X- ray examination processes important value to demonstration diagnosis and judgment development. |
