| 摘 要： | 目的评价检测人乳头瘤病毒(Human Pap illomavirusHPV)基因分型检测对筛查宫颈病变的价值。方法以组织学诊断为标准,随机选择502例妇女进行HPV基因分型检测,评价检测HPV基因分型检测对筛查宫颈病变的价值。结果502例妇女中,各型HPV感染率为24.1%(121/502),CINⅡ及以上的检出率(95.8%)高于CINⅠ(77.4%),两者差异有显著性(P0.05)。≤30、31～、41～、51～年龄组均为HPV感染的高发人群。HPV52、16、58、18、11是湛江地区HPV感染的主要型别。以组织学诊断宫颈病变为标准,HPV基因分型检测诊断高度宫颈病变的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为95.8%、88%、19.8%、99.7%。结论高危型HPV的持续感染与宫颈病变程度相关,HPV分型检测对宫颈病变的筛查具有较高的灵敏度和阴性预测值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of HPV DNA typing test screening of cervix lesion. Methods The HPV DNA typing test and the histology diagnosis of 502 cases were performed.
