全髋置换术后康复对患者出院时功能水平的影响及相关因素分析

目的 观察全髋置换（ＴＨＡ）术后早期康复对患者出院时功能水平的影响及相关因素。方法 单侧髋关节置换术患者３０例，随机分为康复治疗组２１例与对照组９例。康复治疗组术后进行早期康复训练，比较两组患者出院时手术侧髋主动活动范围（ＡＲＯＭ）和功能独立性评定（ＦＩＭ），并对影响ＡＲＯＭ和ＦＩＭ诸多因素进行分析。结果 康复治疗组出院时ＡＲＯＭ显著优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＦＩＭ中生活自理、转移、运动三项内容

Influence of early rehabilitating function after total hip arthroplasty and its related factors

Objective To observe the influence of early rehabilitating function after total hip arthroplasty(THA) before discharge and its related factors. Methods Thirty patients underwent unilateral THA and were ran-domly divided into two groups: 21 patients had rehabilitation therapy right after operation, the other 9 cases served ascontrol. Active range of motion (AROM) of operated hip and functional independence measure (FIM) at dischargewere compared, and the factors affecting AROM and FIM were analyzed. Results AROM and FIM in the patientswith early rehabilitation were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.01). Age and preoperative bed-riddenwere significantly related to AROM and FIM. Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention would improve the functionafter THA and would be better for elderly patients or patients with long preoperative bed-ridden.
