碱性成纤维细胞生长因子和血管内皮生长因子在结肠癌表达的相关性及其临床意义

目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在结肠癌表达相关性及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测85例结肠癌标本中bFGF和VEGF的表达。结果 85例结肠癌中男性bFGF表达率为64.4%,女性为62.7%,两者比较差异无统计学意义（P=0.187）;VEGF的男、女阳性表达率分别为62.7%、65.4%,差异无统计学意义（P=0.056）。bFGF和VEGF在高、中、低分化结肠癌的阳性表达率依次为59.3%和56.2%、66.7%和60.0%、71.1%和71.0%,各组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。bFGF和VEGF在TNMⅠ~Ⅱ期和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期阳性表达率分别为37.5%和50.0%、91.1%和75.6%,组间比较差异有统计学意义关系（P〈0.05）。bFGF与VEGF的表达呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论bFGF和VEGF的表达与结肠癌的侵袭和转移密切相关,可以作为评估结肠癌预后的客观指标,对指导临床诊断和治疗具有一定的意义,可能作为肿瘤靶向治疗的新靶点。

Association and significance of bFGF and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the association and significance of bFGF and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of bFGF and VEGF in 85 cases of colorectal carcinomas samples.Results The positive expression rates of bFGF in male and female were 64.4% and 62.7% respectively,and the positive expression rates of VEGF in male and female were 62.7% and 65.4% respectively,there were no significant differences between the male and female for both bFGF(P =0.187) and VEGF(P =0.056).The positive expression rates of bFGF and VEGF in high,middle and low differentiated colorectal carcinomas were 59.3% and 56.2%,66.7% and 60.0%,71.1% and 71.0% respectively,in which there were no significant difference(P > 0.05).The positive expression rates of bFGF and VEGF in TNM Ⅰ-Ⅱstage were 37.5% and 50.0% respectively,and in Ⅲ-Ⅳstage were 91.1% and 75.6% respectively,in which there were significant differences(P < 0.05),and bFGF expression was strongly associated with VEGF expression(P <0.05).Conclusion The expressions of bFGF and VEGF are strongly associated with the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.It may play an important role in guiding clinical diagnosis and therapy,and may be a new target in targeted therapy of colorectal carcinoma.
