摘    要:目的通过对手工清洗、超声清洗、全自动清洗机清洗等不同清洗方法对器械清洗质量影响的分析,探讨器械清洗质量控制对策。方法选取600支血液污染的针头,随机分为四组:立即手工清洗组、30 min后手工清洗组、立即手工清洗+超声清洗+全自动清洗机清洗组、30 min后手工清洗+超声清洗+全自动清洗机清洗组。观察不同时间点、不同清洗方法器械合格和不合格率的变化。结果手工清洗+超声清洗+清洗机清洗比单纯手工清洗有明显的优越性,器械的不合格率有明显差异(P﹤0.05)。手工立即清洗优于手工30 min后清洗(P﹤0.05);手工清洗+超声清洗+清洗机立即清洗和手工清洗+超声清洗+清洗机30 min后清洗无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论手工清洗+超声清洗+清洗机清洗可保证清洗质量,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of manual cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning,automatic washing machine cleaning and other cleaning methods on the quality of equipment cleaning and thus to explore equipment cleaning quality control measures.Methods 600 blood contaminated needles were randomly assigned to four groups: immediate manual cleaning group,group of manual cleaning 30 minutes afterwards,combined cleaning method group of immediate manual cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning and automatic washing machine cleaning and combined cleaning method group of manual cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning and automatic washing machine cleaning 30 minutes afterwards.Changes in pass rate and failure rate at different time points of different cleaning methods were observed.Results Combined cleaning method of manual cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning and washing machine cleaning has obvious advantages over manual cleaning alone,with significantly lower failure rate(P < 0.05).Immediate manual cleaning has better results than manual cleaning 30 minutes afterwards(P <0.05);results of the two combined method cleaning groups were not significant different(P > 0.05).Conclusion Combined method of manual cleaning,ultrasonic cleaning and washing machine cleaning is proved to ensure the quality of cleaning,thus it is worthy of clinical application.
