不同浓度肝素封管法对血液透析患者深静脉留置导管的影响及护理

目的观察不同封管液对血液透析（HD）患者深静脉留置导管的影响及护理。方法将60例深静脉留置导管维持血液透析患者分成对照组（以肝素钠10 000 U的生理盐水2.7 mL封管）和观察组（以纯肝素钠2.7 mL封管）,观察与比较两组导管留置时间、堵塞及血流量不足的发生率。结果观察组导管留置时间明显长于对照组（P〈0.05）,堵塞率及血流量不足明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论纯肝素是较好的深静脉留置导管封管液,同时加强导管护理,是延长导管使用时间的关键。

Impact of different concentration Heparin locking concentration on the deep intravenous integrated catheter in haemodialysis patients and nursing

Objective To observe the impact of different concentration Heparin locking concentration on the deep intravenous integrated catheter in haemodialysis patients and nursing.Methods 60 cases of haemodialysis patients with deep intravenous integrated catheter were divided into control group(2.7 mL normal saline with 10 000U Liquaemin,pipe sealing) and observe group(2.7 mL Pure Heparin Sodium,pipe sealing),the indwelling catheter time,the incidence of blocking and insufficient blood flow in two groups were observed and compared.Results Indwelling catheter time of observe group was longer than that of control group(P < 0.05),the incidence of blocking and insufficient blood flow of observe group were more depressed than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Pure Heparin Sodium is a better tube-sealing solution used for deep intravenous integrated catheter,and the same time,strengthen the nursing catheters,that is the key of extending the catheter use time.
