| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌患者血清中白介素-1β（IL-1β）的表达及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验法（ELISA）分别测定60例胃癌患者、慢性胃炎患者（60例）及健康体检者（60例）的血清IL-1β水平,并进行比较分析。结果胃癌组血清IL-1β水平明显高于慢性胃炎组和对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而慢性胃炎组血清IL-1β水平和对照组血清中IL-1β水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术后胃癌组患者血清IL-1β水平较术前明显下降（P〈0.05）,但仍高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论IL-1β在胃癌患者的血清中呈高表达状态,有望成为胃癌发生的预测指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum IL-1β in gastric cancer patients.Methods The level of serum IL-1β was detected by ELISA and analyzed in 60 gastric cancer patients,60 chronic gastritis patients and 60 healthy people.Results The level of serum IL-1β in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that in chronic gastritis patients and healthy controls(P < 0.05).While the difference between chronic gastritis patients and healthy controls was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The level of serum IL-1β in gastric cancer patients reduced significantly compared with that before operation(P < 0.05),but was still higher than that in healthy controls.Conclusion Serum IL-1β is highly expressed in gastric cancer patients,so it is expected to become a prediction indicator of gastric cancer. |
