老年脑梗死患者牙列缺损或缺失情况调查

目的了解老年脑梗死患者牙列缺损、缺失及修复情况。方法随机抽取65岁以上老年脑梗死患者160例及80名健康志愿者,由口腔专业医师进行口腔检查。结果 160名脑梗死患者,牙列缺损率为61.25%,义齿修复率为41.84%;牙列缺失率为26.87%,义齿修复率为83.72%。80名健康志愿者中,牙列缺损率为30.0%,义齿修复率为62.5%;牙列缺失率为12.5%,义齿修复率为90.0%。结论老年脑梗死患者牙列缺损及缺失率高于健康人群,修复情况与健康人群无明显差异。

A survey of dentition defect and depletion in elderly patiens with cerebral infarction

Objective To understand the condition of dentition defect,depletion and repair in elderly patiens with cerebral infarction.Methods 160 cases of patients over 65 years old with acute cerebral infarction and 80 healthy person were randomly selected and checked by oral professional doctors.Results Among 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction,the dentition defect rate was 61.25%,the denture repair rate was 41.84%;the dentition depletion rate was 26.87%,and the denture repair rate was 83.72%.Among 80 healthy person,the dentition defect rate was 30.0%,the denture repair rate was 62.5%;the dentition depletion rate was 12.5%,and the denture repair rate was 90.0%.Conclusion The dentition defect and depletion rate in elderly patients with cerebral infarction are higher than healthy people,and the repair situation has no obvious difference.
