| 摘 要： | 肺隐球菌病极少发生于免疫功能健全宿主,且因其症状及影像学检查无特异性而经常导致误诊.本文报道以轻度胸闷、干咳、低热为主要症状,以右下肺大片实变影为影像表现,发生于免疫健全宿主的肺隐球菌病1例.

| Abstract: | Pulmonary cryptococcosis rarely occurs in immunocompetent individuals.Since there are polymorphic manifestations in pulmonary cryptococcosis,it is not always suspected and often misdiagnosed.This paper reports one case of pulmonary cryptococcosis in an immunocompetent patient with symptoms of dyspnea,dry cough and fever and chest CT feature of a single large patchy density with air bronchogram in right lower lobe. |
